Your receiver doesn’t have any HDMI inputs which I’m sure is causing some confusion. To make things easier, you could just forget HDMI for the DVD player and go with component. The benefit for HDMI on a standard definition DVD payer is marginal. So I would run component from the Dish satellite receiver and from the DVD player to the Sony receiver. For audio, I would run any type of digital output (if available) from the DVD player and Dish receiver to the Sony receiver.

From the Sony receiver, run component cables from the component output on the receiver to the component input on the TV.

Run the optical out from the CD jukebox to an input on the receiver.

And that should do it. If you really want to use HDMI with the DVD player, you could run the HDMI from the DVD player to the TV and run the optical audio out to the receiver. If you do this, you might want to get a Harmony remote because changing inputs could get annoying.

Let me know if you need more details.
