Beginning to learn

Just getting started on setting up a home theater/media extension, and became hooked on the http://www.hometheaternetwork.com/ site right away with the crunchy goodness presented by the block diagram.
Probably should have done my research first, but couldn’t wait to finally get an HD TV, for which I picked up a Samsung HL67A750. Only currently have a Motorolo DVR (from Comcast) and XBox360 hooked up, using component connectors for each.
Not sure if I’ll look into a receiver or a HTPC next, so will start a bit of research on each and see where it goes.

Welcome to the board Chuck. I too got a DLP, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It has a great picture and probably the best value per inch of screen.
