DVD RECORDER WITH FAULTY DISC DRIVE.

Hi all,

can anyone, answer me this scenario please, i have a dvd recorder with a faulty disc drive, i can however record to the players hard drive, I have this recorder connected to my TV ; SET TOP BOX, How can i connect a second dvd recorder, ( without hard drive ) to my original recorder, to transfer anything I may want to save on disc.   2. Does the faulty DVD recorder have any time of video/audio output? Lets say it has S-video output, then connect the S-video output from the faulty DVD recorder to the S-video input for the working DVD recorder. The same goes with audio.

    Hi HTN,
    UNFORTUNATLY IT ONLY HAS, THE RED / WHITE AUDIO OUTPUTS.
    BESIDES THE SCART INPUTS.

  4. Does your TV have any video / audio outputs? You could use that if it does. For example, my TV has a composite video output and analog (red/white) out.

    unfortunately the ******* recorder has packed up altogether now, i suppose i cant grumble it is over 4 years old.
