HDMI Wall Plate

I am planning to have a 2 gang HDMI wall plate mount at my living room, one for my projector @ living room. The other one is connected to my bedroom for my PC (with BluRay Rom). Will the HDMI connector (of wall plate) to cable affect the quality of the signal?

Anytime you have a connector, you lose some signal quality. But you should be OK if the cables can handle the distance.
