Is it me or is DLP starting to go away? Its too bad because the picture is great and the screens are crazy big. I'm thinking about getting one, but not sure if I want to get an obsolete device. What does everyone think, is is still safe to buy a DLP HDTV?

I'm looking for a TV for my bedroom. I'm thinking in the 32" range even though I'll be watching from about 10 feet away. Any suggestions on a brand or model. There's alot of deals on LCDs right now, but I haven't done any research yet.

What's the deal with Samsung's LED HDTVs? Is this yet another TV technolgy we have to learn?

I'm looking into getting a LCD HDTV. The max I can spend is $900. I'm thinking about the Sony KDL-40S4100 or samsung LN40B550. Anyone have any thoughts?
